This dance performance is part of the Vancouver Biennale BIG IDEAS 2012 Performance Series. Inspired by The Walking Figures (Magdalena Abakanowicz), students explore what it means to be an individual within a larger group. Through creative writing and using the dance elements as starting points, this dance celebrates the individual, the group, and the individual within the group. Performed on Monday, April 23 at the Biennale sculpture site, The Walking Figures at the Canada Line City Hall Station.
