Earth Day Celebration at Everett Crowley Park
I Have A Dream Vancouver Launch
The Vancouver Biennale will be joining Earth Day celebrations at Everett Crowley Park on Saturday, April 25, for the launch of the I Have A Dream Community Project in Vancouver.
We invite local community members to get involved with this global gardening and farming initiative, which was developed through the Vancouver Biennale Residency Program by Indian artist, Shweta Bhattad.
Throughout the day we will be collecting the dreams of everyone at the event and using them to create our own of I Have A Dream inspired piece.
We have teamed up with Vancouver gardening startup My Green Space to provide an interactive garden experience for kids. On the day, we will be planting hundreds of seeds with the kids that they can take home and watch grow.
My Green Space and the Biennale will also be giving away digital copies of the West Coast Gardening Playbook on the day of the event.
Come join us to learn more about the Vancouver Biennale, about the I Have a Dream project, and about the history of Everett Crowley.
