In partnership with The Montreal Museum of Fine Art, Barrie Mowatt, Founder and President at Vancouver Biennale, is giving this lecture in Montreal. This lecture is part of the public programming for an open-air museum of art entitled La Balade pour la Paix, in honor of Montreal’s 375th anniversary and the 150th anniversary of Canadian Confederation, and the 50th anniversary of Expo ’67.

A total of 29 sculptures/installations are on display along Sherbrooke Street until October 29, 2017. Five pieces of artworks from the Vancouver Biennale (and the Buschlen Mowatt Nichol Foundation) are part of this special exhibition.
