This dance performance is part of the Vancouver Biennale BIG IDEAS 2012 Performance Series. Inspired by The Walking Figures (Magdalena Abakanowicz). The students and Kathryn Ricketts have been exploring the ups and downs of significant moments in our lives and sharing stories and poems that illuminate how our past actions effect our present and move on to effect our futures. And how these actions not only affect ourselves but our community. The three platforms at The Walking Figures were used to represent these three time periods. Performed on Friday, April 27 at the Biennale sculpture site, The Walking Figures at the Canada Line City Hall Station.
